| Online Security:
At the Furniture Den we take security very seriously and ensure shopping online with us is as safe as shopping face-to-face in our store.
Upon entering the 'checkout' or 'login' pages, your browser will go into secure mode, meaning all the details you enter are securely encrypted from the beginning. You can ensure you are shopping in a secure environment by checking the padlock symbol, usually found at the bottom right of your screen.
Your personal details and card number entered by you at the check out stage are checked against your card provider’s records by PROTX, a secure payment collection system. These details are checked via the PROTX and your card provider’s computer systems and at no time are visible to any human operator and remain encrypted within these systems. Your card details are not passed on to us by these systems at any time.
